photo diary: Bahama Vacation

I'm home, and I'm happy to share my time with you all. This past week was such a blast! I spent hours on the beach with Ben and other great friends soaking up as much sun as possible. We had beautiful views of coral, sunshine, endless oceans, beautiful people, beautiful weather, and wonderful meals. I had fish and chips for the first time, it was delicious and fresh. We ate at beautiful restaurants with candlelight and ocean views. I couldn't have asked for more. I spent most of my time walking around exploring, chatting at Pirates Cove,  (a little beach bar) and touring the many docks around the island.
I love this place so much, on our way home I had to leave the airport during our four hour layover to enjoy some new views at a little B&B with some friends and enjoyed breakfast and the last few minutes of sunshine. I thought I would share just a few pictures of the trip and some simple clothing pieces I brought along with me.
When traveling and spending time at a remote island it's important to keep things simple. Beach cover ups, hats, head scarfs, and pieces that can double up day to night. Simple, minimal, and effortless style was the goal.

  4. I got the skirt form Nordstrom Rack. I love it because I can wear it as a dressy or casual skirt and dress and coverup. Plus it's really comfy.
